Pricing

Rates include captain, crew & fuel (for local cruising). Rate exclude gratuity (discretionary), tax (7%) and booking fee (3% of down payment). Security deposit is NOT required for this yacht rental.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

A down payment of ~20% is required to book. This payment applies to the rental. Within 2 weeks (14 days) of your reservation, the down payment is not refundable unless we cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions. With at least 2 weeks of notice (14 full days) you will receive a full refund for cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@boatrentals.miami
NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOWS.

Weather Policy

Weather is the captain's call and his determination will be made on the day of the rental. We will not cancel for weather, prior to the day of the rental, unless there is an imminent named storm forcasted to hit on the day of. In general, we consider sustained rains, high winds and low visability to be unsafe. There are many additional factors that we consider when making weather determinations, such as the size of the vessel, the local radar, wind forecast and destination. If you are concerned about the weather, please give us a call. Rentals may still happen with passing showers at the Captain's discretion. We do not issue refunds for overcast conditions alone.
